Has my order shipped?

You can review your order status in the "Orders" section of your "Account." Click the button below to view your order status.

If your order status says "New" or if the status remains "Processing" for longer than one business day, please contact customer support to see if there was a problem processing your order.

Please note that you should receive a shipment notification email from us on the day your order ships (within one business day of placing your order). If you do not receive one, please check your spam email folder to see if it was mistaken for spam. If you still cannot find a shipment notification, you may inquire with customer support to check if your order has shipped.

Can I modify my order items or quantities before my order ships?

If you ordered by credit card or PayPal and your order was placed within the past business day, there is a chance we can modify your order before it ships. Please contact us so we can take care of you.

If you ordered by cash, check, or money order, we will be able to change your order until your payment is received. Please contact us so we can take care of you. Please take note of any order total differences when sending the payment for your order.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order from the "Orders" section of your "Account." Once there, click the "Track this Shipment" button to track a specific order.

After your order ships you should receive an email with tracking information. International USPS shipments do not have any tracking information available.

My order never arrived.

You can review your order status in the "Orders" section of your "Account." Click the button below to view your order status.

Orders

If your order status is "New" that means we have not confirmed your payment yet and your order has not shipped. For example, this might happen if you placed an order by PayPal, cash, check, or money order and the funds were not yet received.

If your order status is "Shipped," please make sure you allow the estimated time for delivery in business days. Delivery days do not include Saturday (except US Postal Service shipments), Sunday, or U.S. national holidays.

An item is missing from my shipment.

Please check the packing slip and order receipt included in your order and verify that you did not receive what you ordered. If the packing slip does not match what was inside your shipment, please contact us so we can take care of you.

I received the wrong product.

In the unfortunate event that your shipment does not match what you ordered, please contact us.

When will my order ship?

After placing your order, click the button below to track the status of your order.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
